(5 meter long and very angry) Nile crocodiles - even up close. Rubondo Island is also a known paradise for bird lovers - as more than 400 species have been recorded so far.


Mwanza - Muganza (and back) by saloon/4WD car with English speaking driver/guide (about 5 hours).
Ferry transfer at Kingongo (25 minutes)
Shopping stop and lunch break in Geita (Lunch box and cold soft drinks/water are provided)
Boat transfer to the island (45 minutes) and transfer to the bandas by 4WDcar.
Accommodation in Tanapa bandas (photo) with all modern facilities.
3 hours boat safari on Lake Victoria in a Tanapa boat - together with a park ranger.
Walking safari - guided by Tanapa Park Rangers.

Full board: Breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared and served by your private chef.
